Yet as per you and GCDuck... PTSC was fully planning a big media campaign to directly follow the verdict, regardless of additional Motions or Appeals... and the only reason they didn't was due to the media themselves declining to do so... perhaps it was the media who knew this latest action by HTC.. was "fully expected"...
