Our biggest concern IMO is not the ITC... it would be nice for us to get them to grant us a review for sure, and I think it would be the right thing to do, but what we've got to do is garner much larger yet reasaonable fees for licensing the MMP. It's that simple. If we continue to get nuisance value fees the pps will never increase. End of story.
