We WON in court. That is certainty. The ITC is not a court, it only comprises 8 companies who face possible injuctive measures. It doesn't set the fees.... WE DO. Of course there are what is termed reasonable but to date we haven't even come close to what is considered reasonable. Even our expert said HTC owed us 10x what the jury awarded them. The jury doesn't set our fees... WE DO.
