It would appear that we might now be feeling more SURE of a POSITIVE outcome, if we had NOT even filed an ACTION with the ITC..

A positive outcome at the ITC would have been a boost to our psyches, BUT it would NOT have brought any money to the table, by itself..

We have NOT lost with the ITC.....YET.!!!

That is ONLY a 'recommendation', by a some who obviously DID NOT understand the Technology.
