In answer to your question - Ronran...as a condition in order to present to the PTSC BOD in support of a request / demand letter sometime ago ( you would need to reference the post history). I believe the shareholder (after individuals had pleadged their individual share count in support) aggregate count, in support, was ultimately referenced in the actual letter..

The letter or letters were sent some time ago (many CEOs back..and it is all a blur at this point). That share count would no longer be accurate nor the shareholder names for obvious reasons (i.e. stale information at this point).
