when is telling the truth (Facts) an attack on someones character?

You pretend that he's on the up and up and it's all in the name of corporate governance. BULL

Whe ^ this^ is put in a post about a member here.. There is no truth there.. there is no facts there... It is not only defaming the one being fradulently accused, but it is also defaming those who defend the one being so accused... This is imo completely over stepping the bounds acceptable posting for this forum.. and shame on the HL who 'ignored' it
