If you think something criminal has occurred, I suggest you hire a Canadian attorney to issue a subpoena to Agoracom in order to obtain the actual name and contact information of the member who made the post. Then, you can write to the SEC and demand an investigation.

Ron many of your posts are legally very informative and I appreciate them and give them thumbs up. But honestly, this post gave me the best laugh of the day. After all that work the SEC will do nothing! nothing! nothing! So why bother? Because it is added to the file and perhaps one day it will be useful to show repetition I guess.

Sounds great to take action, but it would be spinning wheels to go nowhere IMO. You are an attorney! Are you not outraged enough about your investment that you don't do what you suggest? IMO you will not because you are busy and you know it is not the best use of your time and effort. Such action won't cause the stock price to move up. As an attorney ( which I am not ) and HUB leader ( which I am not ) perhaps you can get Agoracom to give you the actual name and contact info about the member who made the post? And why wouldn't Agoracom do it to be sure that are not accussed of supporting such behavior? And I see to the right side of the page that you are listed as the first HUB leader.
