I do find it interesting that ptsc did say he was a lawyer in California when he became the shareholder rep but this is unlikely because even lawyers with their licenses withdrawn are listed.

I originally cut and pasted the direct search I did to show Brian Boyajian was probably never licensed in California but the cut and paste did not work.
