Message: PTSC Shareholders: Regarding negative attacks by palomar and eagle
Though I cannot write a long post (no applause please), I could not sit still and allow dribble and falsehoods written about certain Patriot shareholders that was wrong and unwarranted go unanswered
Palomar, you attacked the wrong person (Brian) and Eagle I strongly suggest that you pm Ron as he kindly suggested you do. He is unlike myself, a kind and good man and will give you his time to explain how he sees your position.
To all PTSC shareholders who read the Agora Board. It is my opinion that Substance and Truth and increasing the value of PTSC share price is NOT what Palomar and Eagle are all about. I repeat what I have written herein are my opinions and not those of anyone else.
In my opinion it appears to me that they do not want to have real shareholders find the few real avenues left that might still be available to us to salvage the mess that Cliff, Carl, and the Leckrones have led us into.
Two side notes for information purposes: Patriot has had a long line of poor leadership, Cliff is not the first only the latest. Carl has been around a long time as he was/is(?) a large shareholders representative, (an individual who at one time lent at a ridiculous price, funds to keep Patriots doors open).
As I see it Carl per the latest ptsc/tpl agreement based on our suit against tpl had the power to veto the Apple, Acer license deals DL made, he did not. Also, there are many questions on what type of deals were made or are still being made by Dl a few I can reference are Amazon, Fujitsu, Hyundai etc etc... By not standing up for us then he belongs on my list of not in ptsc shareholders best interest (which then opens the door of who should fill the third seat on the pds panel? IMO it needs to be a long time shareholder beholden to know body but other ptsc shareholders that are long Patriot stock).
Palomar.... you raked Brian over the coals early this morning unjustly and with malice.....That imo was a character attack such that I have not seen in a long time. To make such attacks based on flimsy content such as what you perceive is inappropriate dress or on your lack of knowledge regarding exactly what Brian did or did not do as our shareholder representative was inexcusable.
I know Brain as I know Ron as well as quite a few other LONG time shareholders including my own family members. Brian and Ron are a few of the shareholders in PTSC I would go to war with in an attempt to fix what ails Patriot. Brian, is not the negative character Palomar make him out to be.
Brian and Ron can stand up for themselves but folks those of you who think Palomar or Eagle are correct in what they post might want to have a private message conversation with Brian and Ron. I would also suggest that you might want to pm Palomar and Eagle and ask them who they are and what their background is and do they have any direct or indirect affiliation with PTSC, TPL or Alliacense employee's.
But for real information that sadly we cannot get from our Company you can take the following path(s):
Any shareholder who wants to know the factual history of PTSC contact Tucci or Ron or Brian (GeoffP seems to have put together some releases that show he has a handle on a good amount of our history but I personally do not know how much direct involvement he has had from the beginning).
If you want a definitive tech history of our patents then I suggest you contact Ease who either through active EE contacts or via his own knowledge has been a wealth of information for those of us who are or were very much uninformed over the past dozen or more years since I/ we have owned this stock.
If you want to know what has been done behind our backs that the Company (re Board at this time... and some of which we have found out about after the fact in court docs or via investigative work such as that done by Laurie, then please contact Ron or Brian or Laurie.
Finally:
When an Agora Board member is attacked, (which I acknowledge I have doing in this post) based on thoughts or opinions that are not constructive and WILL DO NOTHING to help long shareholders end this morass we find ourselves in then I suggest you ignore those types of posters which very well might include myself, as well as Palomar and Eagle who just may have a deeper agenda.
To berate, belittle or to slam shareholders (Brian/Ron), both of whom who have spent hundreds of hours attempting to share and educate shareholders who might want to listen to their advice, vital company information or ways to help shareholders increase value makes no sense to me and since it is done behind an aka is a bit cowardly imo.
