We get the reversal at the ITC..we have to hold strong...our conservative 3rd tier is more than fair.

At .0012 based on a $200 smart phone that is 25 cents per phone...Is that a deal or what?

The NCOA jury award at .00012 on a $200 phone is 2 cents per phone....that is ridiculous.

Think about what HTC pays for the glass display or the plastic case?...more than 2 cents im sure...

So we need to get some hard figures and stand on them...

What we are asking for our MMP is a real bargin and we shouldn't budge an inch going forward...
