Agreed... tier 3 is not asking for the frikkin moon... ~25 cents per device.. very reasonable considering there's 3 infringing chips in each unit!!

If the ITC can right their unbelievable wrong.. a real threat of injunctions should hopefully be enough for us to overcome DL's APL 'debacle' and restore a much more reasonable royalty rate... then the future Qs can show much more substantial income for potential investors
