If you look at one of my prior posts today, you'll find and ITC document that was issued upon the government shutdown indicating they planned to essentially delay deadlines by the amount of time the government was shut down. Therefore, I think our best case is that we get a decition on 11/6, though per my reading of the rules on 337 investigations, our type of peition would be 60 days for review, rather than the 45 PTSC mentions. Hopefully I'm wrong and they're right.
