Going after the remaining companies in the NDoC without the ITC

Could cost more to litigate than damages provided. If you tell a would-be infringer they gould pay the cost to litigate, they can tell you to pound sand because they will pay the cost to litigate and then pay a % of that litigation in damages. All in all, they get to show to any other would-be NPEs they will fight. So to entice these companies you have to discount the legal fees, which leads us back to nuisance values. Now the question is how many nuisance values remain in terms of remaining targets. The answer is we don't know. So what is the $ value they will pay? Something less than the total cost to litigate. I hope the Leckrone family doesn't win.
