Yet, it's possible that PTSC has not been provided with a comprehensive and ongoing updated list of the companies that have been put on notice?

I strongly gathered from my coversation with Cliff that they really have no idea how many companies have been put on notice by TPL/DL.. and that getting info from them is extrememly difficult.. 400?? they don't know..
