The problem with suggesting the TI strategy to Cliff or anyone on our BOD is we have no say in the matter. Alliacense and Leckrone run the show period. We can only react to what they do. Leckrone will never change he plays a zero sum game as a way of life. I am done speaking to Cliff because it is very depressing. I am just hoping our stars line up perfectly and we can succeed in spite of the stewards of the MMP.

House keeping info?

ITC had 45 days to accept or deny request of the appeal? Did the Govt shut down delay this date? Will that be made public? I will search the ITC website later to see if they have announced any info on general delays from the shutdown.
