I think we got the main win with our winning in federal court. Of course it would be nice to also win at the ITC. Of the two I think we get more punch with a federal court victory.

I still think we'll get over a buck a share (maybe two?). That would make a lot of people happy. Although it won't satisfy everyone. Never does.
