ease.... A loss at the ITC is not the end. We still have the NDOC win. It just means there won't be any injunctions announced on the companies remaining. The ITC doesn't dictate how much companies should be licensing for and it doesn't change the now lawfully validated 336 patent. There are over 400 companies that have yet to license the tech, ITC or not. That being said, if they agree to honor our request for a review I believe we have a BETTER than 50/50 chance of a reversal. Let's not jump the gun... our patent is REAL.
