Thanks for the reply, but I was refering to the fact that PTSC cannot put out news of settlements without TPL`s O.K.

unless it would be required by law. So my question is... if Sony settled, what and when would be the SEC filing that would be required by law? Is it the next quarterly or an 8K? TIA joe
