Geoff, from my perspective , an NDA means that we got peanuts........I think that the other infringers know this......Come out and announce a huge settlement, and take it to the next in line.....This will put the others on notice / not showing weakness by having a NDA...........................................................I always thought that DL probably demanded an NDA , so that he could co mingle the monies.......
