With all due respect, I don't care what he does for a living, but I would not want him on the BoD of a company I am a SH of. Moral character means a lot to me. Just a thought.

I have no prob with your opinion... but I want to see where Brian has requested he be placed on the BoD?? Now I was gone all weekend up in Whistler and missed all this weekends posts.. but where did Brian state this?? some one provided me a link... before I left town on Fri I nearly responded to a SGE post regarding the Brian/Fut exchange where he stated:

First, I saw no suggestion that "you [Fut] want lecky in charge". He didn't say that, at all. What he said was that DL is far more qualified to sit on the PDS Management Committee than is Brian from the standpoint of IP licensing experience...

Again where has Brian ever said he wanted to be on PDS Mgmnt Committee?? He has been nominated by various forum members but has publicly stated he has no desire to be on it... In fact he has also stated he his in support of the BoD at this moment, hoping they will do the right thing and gain control over the MMP licensing in response to the public outings of DL and TPL in NDoC.. Things get so twisted here trying to follow what actual thoughts and beliefs are... it is, as my youngest would say.. cra cra
