Yes there is a way! See who is holding the stock. See who is dumping shares. The BOD does not hold that many shares, but who do they represent? Certainly not the average shareholder as a primary concern, IMO. They represent those that are still holding large blocks of shares that equate to at least a couple of hundred million? Those big players haven't sold off. The stock has not dropped to 3 cents! These big players are the ones with confidence and are sticking to their game plan.
And if you want to know who holds the most stock wait until the next SHM. Then by law they have to provide a list at the meeting. You can ask to see it. It must be there. You can also see the list for aprox. 30 days before the meeting at the office. ( Of course how do you see it if the office is closed? How do you make an appointment if no one answers the phone or returns calls? ) And then when you see the list you will see that about 300 million shares are listed in street name! The real owners are obscured. Why? And those real owners still are holding. Who are they? Apple? HTC? Shwartz? His friends? People who know something about the company more than what is posted here?
