1. Ptsc or shareholders have information on him that could be negative to him in a monetary sense or hurt his bk strategy. Fraud, money laundering, etc.

2. If you can show him that he will make a lot more money if he is focused on other important actions that will move the mmp licensing forward and not the negotiating.

With all the low settlement dollars and what we heard lecky said on the stand a fresh start is needed and a new licensing strategy.

You can paint a very good picture to a jury if he is no longer involved. He has done enough damage.

There are for hire expert negotiators (3rd party) and consultants that can assist.

Something needs to be done and quick. Now the world has seen the damage lecky has done.

Not to let the ptsc board off the hook, they are majorally at fault as well. Have they made one good move in all of this. That is the question that should be asked to them. I guarantee their answer will be a joke. But if I had to chose lecky or the ptsc bod I would chose the ptsc bod.
