Some of the points we disscussed were the ITC appeal.. it is their intention to follow thru with the appeal whenever the Gov't reopens.. obviously hoping the ITC will see fit to grant a review.. the NDoC verdict helps.. Also that ITC ID quashed what would have been a following PR campaign.. being able to tout to the media victory over multiple major named companies.. which didn't happen.. also stating before I, how that venue was much more political than expected. They have also run every possible senario wrt DL/TPL bk just don't know how anything will play out as of now..

So hopefully we are allowed to revisit the ITC.. present additional info which wasn't allowed initially and be able to include the NDoC veredict also.. then perhaps with a successful appeal we will see our PR campaign..

Questions I wanted to ask but didn't: How many licenses did the 10Q include? Why haven't they PRd the known recent licenses? Have PTSC's obligation to PDS actually increased resulting from the new CA?
