A Reminder - Communication is the COMPANY's responsibility

A stock message board is a place for shareholders to exchange ideas and information about their investestment. Sure, there may be some who participate in order influence the actual market price (that's usually very obvious), but for those who see the Agoracom board discussion as the driver for every share price decline, you perhaps reveal more about your own reason for participating here, than you do about the posts you complain about, IMO.
Additionally, you essentially absolve the company of its responsibility to control the message about itself. PTSC has much to comment on now, and much that it could do to support the pps. Yet all we've seen from them this calendar year is:
As I've posted, I'm willing to wait for clarity in the NDoC case confirming HTC has licensed and waived the appeal for more info on the legal status/strategy, IF that's what's happening. But still, if there are licenses that have been signed (we know there are), and if HTC is NOT going to waive the appeal, it's PTSC's responsibiilty to proactively and transparently communicate with the market about those things. Additionally, if the company feels it's falsely under attack by a message board, they can, with one stroke of the keyboard, dessimate that by communicating correct information.
Too many here seem all to willing to complain about the symptoms (posters posting their ideas, criticisms, and observations), and VERY FEW willing to address the actual illness, which is PTSC's lack of transparency, past failures of stewardship, and unwillingness to proactively communicate how they are or are going to overcome those issues.
The floor is ALWAYS OPEN for PTSC to address issues. Ask, encourage, demand that they do it. And when they don't, perhaps reconsider where you direct your ire. Realize that targeting the symptoms, rather than curing the disease ALWAYS leaves you suseptible to further outbreaks.
