Assuming control can be gained who will set up and run the licensing program? The BoD? Do they have the CV, experience and credibility in the IP marketing world? Think about it.

There will be need for a staff of engineers and lawyers and they don't come cheap. Any thought given to who and how many? At least Alliasense has multiple portfolios to work on to distribute the overhead burden.

We have but one small, albeit, potentially quite valuable, portfolio.

Further do you think the staff might be willing to work on a commission only basis? Is so what commission rate? 5%? More? Less? Collectively? Individually? How long to set it up? Lots to think about and the clock is running.

I am reminded of the story of the fellow who comes running into camp with a grizzly bear chasing after him yelling to his camping buddies as he runs on through "You guys skin this one and I'll go get another one" We sound a bit like that guy.

One must be careful what they wish for and ought not let emotion and angst rule over logic. We could, if not careful, wind up looking like the Tea Party ;-)
