I think Brian is spot on, along with significant others on this forum. Ron/Lam/Laurie, etal. The only problem I can see is the process of doing something about it. AND in a timely manner! (It's really late in the game.) Without screwing up us shareholders via the share price during that process.

If any newbies or potential stock buyers come accross this board in the course of their didligence I think they'd freak out. Who wouldn't? It's really a sordid mess.

I don't have any answers. How to undo the mistakes they (BOD/TPL) made. I wish the best for those going down that path of redemption.
