The real truth may be why they haven't moved on a contractual clause which was negotiated in JV agreements and which was specifically agreed to by both parties to cover a contingency such as bankruptcy. As you said they know what we know and they need to act now or they will be breaching their fiduciary duty to shareholders. They can pray about it if they choose to ( as I have been told they do) and if their thoughts, words and actions to date, have not been in the right place, they have now been put on notice as to what shareholders believe they should do. Karma will bite them somehow, someway if they fail us again.
