Is it possible that Otteson could decide that he no longer wishes to represent Leckrone on a contingency basis but does want to continue to represent PTSC on a contingency basis. If that were to happen and PTSC was to provide funding to PDS that was not reciprocated by TPL, Patriot could take controlling interest of PDS.

I'm grasping here.....not even sure if that kind of arrangement with Otteson can be made.
