From the delayed 2006 10K:

"On October 2, 2006, 369,536,087 shares of common stock, par value $.00001 per share (the issuer’s only class of voting stock) were outstanding."

2007 and 2008 saw a further increase with 2009 being the maximum number of more than 410mio shares (see my previous post replying to Al-Stayedin).
