Agreed. But I called Schwab today to find out the number of shares outstanding. The figure they gave me was 405 million. They said on Yahoo is shows 405.2 million. I also asked about how many shares the company holds. The reply was that they could only see that the company insiders hold 3.6% of the shares (aprox14,587,200). I asked if they could be more specific about who the insiders were ( BOD?) and/or shares held by the company. They couldn't find more details and commented there was a phone number for investor relations. They also suggested the last report from the company on 8-23-13.

So some info but not the whole picture. I wonder if the next report will show a decrease in the number of shares outstanding.
