Didn't Swartz bring Leckrone into the game?

Leckerone has been in this since the very begining.. he's been tied to Moore's hip since the '749 patent was initially filed.. Swartz appears to have had his fingers in it since '96 or '97 back when we had 33 million shares outstanding... (Swartz Family first appears in PTSC filings 6-'97, Swartz is not mentioned in the '96 10k), also in '97 a CC Investments LDC and Investor Communications Group, Inc (couldn't find anything about them) were purchasing warrants and convertible debentures before Swartz became pretty much the major player..
