It will be interesting to see if we continue to pursue HTC, or consider them having served their purpose of getting us to the finish line of a successful infringement verdict on the '336 for what I understand to be very standard current day technological applications.

If we don't get more from HTC in a license, then my logic goes from $950K for every $8B to $950K for every $60B, taking into account likely revenues for HTC through the life fo the patent. If that turns out to be the case, then the ratio/royalty rate for HTC will indeed be "low" in my opinion as well as everyone else's.

I'm hoping that HTC is now willing to take the lawyer's fees they would pay to continue to fight, and instead, apply them to a license fee. If we can get another $1M to $2M or more from HTC, that, IMO, would be a home run considering the court win we acquired with it.
