HTC has not purchased a license yet. Nobody knows what we are asking for from them. The 950k judgment was for a portion of the products we brought in. If the jury would have used Apple as the benchmark like some have suggested the number would be much much lower.

Using Lamberts logic if every 8 billion of HTCs revenue brings in 1mil rounded up they owe 6.25 mil. Now add in the future revenues and the other patents within the MMP portfolio and the number might be much higher.
