Was DL's court reference to infringement of the 336 patent or the MMP portfolio? I recall seeing a footnote in one of the court docs that made reference to a much larger number. Perhaps there are a significant number of MMP infringers who do not infringe on the 336?

Did anyone else see that footnote that I am referring to? Perhaps I'm mistaken as to what it said.
