Swartz is not a major stock holder. Any one or entity that would own more than 5% would have to be included in the filings

Swartz could still have in his possesion upwards of 20 million shares.. Once his holdings dropped below that 5% number, his reporting came off the books and he could no longer be tracked.. he in theory could be flipping and shorting.. and CJ could still be his muppet..
