What is it that the Company can add to that at this point in time? Should we now expect a daily PR, and if so, what should be the expected content?

Yes! a daily PR to make up for the years of being left in the dark and running a public company like area 51. Announce licenses that have been recently announced by our partner but not us. PR us not TPL. Announce the plan that you are going to issue dividends and explain how how you are going to maximize shareholder value.
