The district court win is heartening; even Chuck Moore seems to feel licensing may pick up. I'm a long-time shareholder, I'm under water. I wish PTSC would go to a dollar and more. I wish the district court decision had kicked it permanently above 30 cents, then I'd at least have my money back.
But I've posted it here before:
- The Bee-O-Dee does the minimum to secure the maximum for itself. They could not care less how we feel about them or what moral failing they get called on.
- PTSC makes nothing. Even if they get millions in license fees, a pile of money is nothing to invest in.
- Unlicensed companies are asessing which will cost them less: To pay for a license or to litigate until the patents expire. Might not ARM put up a fight to make the others pale?
I wish these weren't true.
Oh, almost forgot: over 400 million shares...
