if there is to be a PDS rep....i would want a business man. an experienced business man that is able and has a history of making REAL BUSINESS DECISIONS.

1. key words...making a business decision...and an experienced business man:

a. by their own admission, attorneys do not make business decisions. Brian and Ron made that abundantly clear on this board saying that they would be disbarred...that they cannot make decisions...that they can only advise. So, attorneys that have not moved on...past being an attorney (like lecky, if you will) are not EXPERIENCED BUSINESS DECISION MAKERS. there is a world of difference between advising and deciding.

b. i do not consider an insurance agent a "business man". an insurance agent makes no product, has no inventory, has no accounts receivable, has no product liability issue, has not employee theft issues, has not invertory spoilage/theft issues, has no cash to be stolen.... Stan may be a great seller of insurance policies and a great guy, but he is not, for me, A BUSINESS MAN.

c. i would also not want a career government employee. for me, these people do not think outside the box....
