If you read the FCRP that I posted HTC will have the opportunity to argue the damages as well after we file our motion on what our estimate is. Seeing the numbers that have been recently posted about other companies costs it could be a really huge number.

Which in my mind will really come into play moving forward with licensing the rest of the world.
