Let's not lose sight of the momumentlal accomplishment that occured yesterday at the NDOC. It is often said that it takes 20 years to become an overnight success. In our case, that is very true. Yesterday's verdict by the good jury of 9 otherwise unwitting participants, has forever shaped the course of PTSC. However, putting us in a position to have this gang 9 levy our just reward was an otherwise herculean task fought by everyone at PTSC and TPL that came before us. We truly stand on the shoulders of giants as we begin the newest, and best chapter in our history. My hat's off to those that came before us to put us in a position to capitalize on the remarkable inventive step that Chuck and Russell developed on the back of a napkin at the Shaboom bar all those years ago. Another tip of the hat goes to PTSC for recognizing the diamond in the rough that would become one of the 25 micro processors that shook the (digital) world. TPL also deserves great credit (Dan and Mac) for their forsight in recognizing the inventive step that the MMP represents and investing in the reverse engineering that helped to lay the foundation for the prosecution of one of the most successful licensing programs the world has known. And to Jim Ottenson, for recogizing the true value the MMP represented and for retraining his corporate compass's might to defend this highly valuable assest. And to Dr. O for bringing his wealth of knowledge and reputation to bear for the MMP. And Final, to Mr. Chuck Moore for making all of this possible. He follows in a long line of 'people' who shook the world and may one day be recognized by the Nobel Committee for truely shaping the future of mankind. Thanks to him, our future is quite bright, and I am happier than I can articulate that we are very well position to enjoy our just desserts. Jim, Cliff, Dan, Mac; et al, the ball is in your court. Please do us proud!
