Please excuse me if this question has been asked and answered already. If it has been please refer me to the post. But what makes us think that any damages or license fees will average out to be more than $1,000,000 per if HTC is considered a mid player? Why would anybody settle for anything over 1-2 million unless the are the largest targets? Is the cost of going to court much of a persuasive argument against going to court if you expect the damages to only be 1-2 million when we are asking for 10 million? Now that we have verified infringement does everybody jump up to the top tiers?
