You don't think that it is possible that we start hearing of settlements while the gov. is in shut-down? Why would having the ITC closed at this time prevent settlements if the attorneys and companies agree that is what they want to do?

Something tells me that "lights-out" may go on unill the 17th or very close to it. That is just another thing that we will have to wait and see about. GL, ads
