Brian's idea of changing the format of our Corp structure needs a real hearing.

I propose a shareholder committee made up of Brian, Ron, BaN, Laurie, LL, ease and maybe one or two other long time longs (they are the ones who know what is going on) to represent the position of the outside shareholders (outside of the current board members and especially the leckrones). To me this format makes sense and I would like it to be seriously considered and then presented to shareholders for a vote. Committee members should be reimbursed for their time though I would hope that with the caliber of individuals I foresee on this committee it will not be long before we have a new corporate format proposal to vote on .... or not.

When considering my statement above and Brians idea consider the following:

If we had an individual on the PDS approval board as mentioned in my earlier post and had reviewed and refused due to fairness to all ........

How happy would we be if that secret deals with Acer and Amazon not been formulated during the ITC hearing? Was another Apple low ball deal presented to ptsc as a done deal regarding to these two companies? We know that Apple wanted our patent license and therefore I am sure they jumped when he made a deal that led to the unbelievable low ball deal that Leckrone proposed to them. The value award we got from the HTC win imo was based on the MMP Apple deal though imo it should of included the total amt Leckrone rec'd (in the $5 - $6 million range).

He gave away our right to have Acer in court alongside HTC. How does two wins in the NDoC sound to all? Acer and HTC within days or hours of each other.

It is not negative on part to want to know what we got and what Leckrone got for the license deals he made with Acer and Amazon. Thank you BaN, for the Pacer license agreements but they have redacted amounts as far as I could tell.

For a fresh start I request the PTSc Board of Directors use this opportunity to clean the slate and let the investing world know about the licenses with Acer and Amazon. Do not let all the current and future good news about the HTC win go to waste. Let us and the world know about these and any other signings recent or otherwise we do not know about inclusive of award or license amounts.

It is for reasons like this that have been multiple over the years, that a new corporate format with a new tax basis favorable to shareholders should be seriously considered. above.

PI hope I am not alone in asking the Patriot Board of Directors for a change and if a new corporate shield is favorable to shareholders let us find out and find out asap.

We are a public company and cannot and should not be dictated to by TPL a private company.

IMO, TPL is in need of funds due to their Bk. Therefore it is only logical that they should not be allowed to dictate whether an offered license fee is appropriate or not. When one is in need of funding one can make poor decisions. The PDS Trio is needed so that New investors as well as Old Investors have confidence that our rights are being properly looked after.
