Thanks Laurie. Except for time, money and other obligations to my work I would be at the court. (LOL) So glad you take the initiative to call and keep us informed.
Just to let you and others know last night I tried to go back to a trial case on a stock of mine ( VRNG) that had a trial that started Oct. 16 2012. I wanted to see how long the jury was out on that one. [ VRNG won the case] The trial lasted as near as I can tell until the middle of Nov. 2012. But I could not/didn't have the time to figure out how much of the time was jury delibrations. My relection was that it was not a short time. If someone else can research it or knows of it or another example it might give us insight into what might happen here with PTSC. Like I said VRNG won the court battle ( against Google/ Goliath)
In that case the judge made the determination about the royalty rate and dollars. The jury just had to decide on infringement.
If it takes a while for the jury, the example above may be indicating a win for us. But as we all know each case is unique. So we just have to wait.
I wonder if the jury is thinking about what they will order in for lunch??
For the OJ case Judge Ito ordered in pies from our local hamberger joint ( only $18.00 per pie! on the public dollars of course ) .
