Although I would have liked a decision yesterday, I did not really see it in the cards either. For the mountain of crap that they would need to review (very technical) and for all of the reasons you set forth. When you mentioned criminal cases, my mind turned toward an article that I read yesterday. Essentially, a man was held for 40+ years, acquitted, and is now in his last days dying of cancer. If that does not put things into perspective, I don't know what would. In any event, a jury can get it wrong but most of the time I would like to think that they will get it right. Hopefully, we are not the man with cancer as described above.
