jmo... The potential investors sitting on the sidelines waiting for the verdict were not going to buy early.. that would have been foolish since an earlier returned verdict would undoubtedly have been for Non-infringment and they would have been caught with their knickers around their ankles.. smart money does not do that... As the hrs passed and it got closer to the closing bell it was time to get in while they still could knowing that the possiblity of an Infringement verdict had greatly increased...

Of course it's pure speculation.. the jury is still out and have no means of communication.. it's just those who bought late today let the time pass that a clear-cut Non-Infringement verdict would have taken..
