In addition to responding to the question posed by Ease (re: Fish testimony/video), if you would, I'd appreciate any comment/confirmation/elaboration of the info Ronran kindly passed regarding the app demonstration.

Also, if you'll further indulge, I'm very curious as to whether our team was able to present a list of past licensees for review by the jury. While this may not carry any weight in a pure legal sense, I would think that bunch of info would be very compelling and potentially persuasive, i.e., why would all these companies - many commonly known and respected - acquire a license (regardless of cost) if there's nothing there? You don't have to be a techie to put that together, so it could be good "supporting data" - IMO unignorable fact, though alone certainly not enough to base a decision, but perhaps enough to put us over the top when considered in addition to other evidence/testimony. I suspect it could have come out during the DL examination.
