Do you think that Patriot/TPL is holding off on announcing the latest signings until the

trial is over,to mitigate the impact on the S/P, if it does NOT GO 'OUR WAY'.?

And to ENHANCE the S/P if it GOES OUR WAY.?

I am certainly expecting a POSITIVE outcome for US..!!!

BUT like the Boy Scouts say ..'BE PREPARED"...
