Yes I remember. It was specifically told to my fellow shareholder on a sidebar after the meeting. Two shareholder meetings ago when they would neither confirm or deny the existence of the APPL license. DL was cornered and gave the response.

The only thing I could think of over the years is APPL gave us some info on Samsung or some other potential infringer that AAPL had info that we couldn't obtain or would have cost us millions in tear downs and reverse engineering to get.

Unfortunately time has eroded my views of DL and our BOD and anything they say is to be taken with a grain of salt. Fool me once shame on you......... well I guess I could have sold at a loss.
