justice system: we have a "system" but it is not always "justice".

the truth: what is the truth? a moving target. it tends to be what we would like it to be. (sometimes the worst witnesses at trial are "eyewitnesses"...meaning what you see is not what happened...meaning your "truth" is warped by your wants.

most on this board are hell-bent-for-leather for a jury decision. be careful, very careful of what you wish for....the board is still discussing the technical parts, the board doesn't understand the sequence of which side presents first, the board has studied these issues for what, 14 years...and now the board wants a jury of unknown knowledge to decide in 6 days the future of the company?

both sides have risks with a jury decision. although it sounds as if HTC has a smaller risk than ptsc, given the dollar amounts being bantered about on this board.

with the allowed "facts" (subject to intrepretation) from both sides on the table, IT IS TIME FOR A SETTLEMENT.

if this goes all the way to the jury for a decision, HTC believes they have the upper hand....a jury decision as a ptsc shareholder really really concerns me. good luck to all. nb.
